REMINDER--Physicals are valid for TWO years, so if your player played in the 2023 season you will likely not need to complete a new physical as ALL players had to complete updated physicals last year.
Baseline Concussion is required for all 7th and NEW 8th graders. WLYF provides a free link for an online concussion test or you can have it done by a medical provider by downloading and completing the form below. The free online link is provided to you in your registration confirmation email. If you would like to have the link sent to you, please contact lisa@hedbergsonline.com. Concussion Baseline testing is valid for TWO YEARS and only needs to be completed by all 7th grade players and NEW 8th grade players that did not play WL football last year.
